This month's freezer box: five family dinners, one order.
One order to the freezer, five easy weeknights sorted — and every dollar of profit goes straight back into the dojo.
The whole idea behind Dojo Grocery is simple: eat well, feed your family, and fund the karate program while you're at it. This month's freezer box is built around that promise — restaurant-quality meat and a few dependable staples that turn into real dinners with almost no fuss.
What's in the box
Every box is a little different depending on what our supplier has fresh, but here's the shape of this month's:
- Boneless skinless chicken breast, 4 kg — the workhorse of the box.
- Breaded chicken fingers, 4 kg — the one the kids will ask for by name.
- AAA striploin steaks — for the night you want to feel spoiled.
- Lean ground beef and a bag of beef meatballs — pasta night, handled.
- A soup and a couple of prepared sides — for when there's no time to think.
It all arrives flash-frozen and freezer-ready, so you thaw only what you need and nothing goes to waste.
Five weeknights, five dinners
Here's how we'd spend a box across a busy week:
- Monday — Sheet-pan chicken. Chicken breast, whatever vegetables are in the crisper, a drizzle of oil. Twenty-five minutes, one pan.
- Tuesday — Meatball night. Beef meatballs, a jar of sauce, pasta. Ten minutes of hands-on time.
- Wednesday — Kids' choice. Chicken fingers and a quick salad. No arguments.
- Thursday — Steak night. A good striploin, salt, a hot pan. Rest it, slice it, done.
- Friday — Soup and grilled cheese. The easy landing after a long week.
Who knew you could get such great food from your martial arts club? We did.
Every order fuels the dojo
One hundred percent of Dojo Grocery profit funds classes, gear, and gradings — and keeps training accessible for families who need it. You don't have to train to support the dojo. You just have to eat well.
