Deep fryer: Heat oil to 190°C (375°F). Place appropriate quantity of frozen pork pieces in the fryer basket. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Conventional oven: Preheat to 205°C (400°F). Spread frozen pork pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. For crispier product, bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Serving suggestion: Use as an appetizer, or an entire meal when paired with sauces and vegetables, Can be dusted in dry spices, or used as a salad topper. Highly versatile it is perfect in Sir frys. And excellent for take out menus.
